If you are using Voxelo on behalf of a company, organization, or other entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms.

1. Using Voxelo

Voxelo helps you transform simple product videos into immersive, interactive 3D content. To use Voxelo, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country).

• Provide accurate, current, and complete account information.

• Keep your login details secure and not share your account.

You are solely responsible for all activity under your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. If we have previously banned or removed your account, you may not create another without our written permission. Each user must maintain a unique account and email. Unauthorized sharing may result in suspension or termination.

Some features may require linking to third-party services (e.g., Google). Voxelo is not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or availability of these third-party services or materials, nor does it endorse or guarantee them. Use of any third-party materials is at your own risk.

Voxelo operates globally but is based in the United Kingdom. You agree to comply with all local laws when using our Services. All data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and relevant international data protection laws.

Businesses may authorize team access. Account holders are responsible for team compliance with these Terms. Impersonation or false information is strictly prohibited.

2. Subscriptions & Billing

Some Voxelo features require a paid subscription. When you subscribe, you:

• Agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes.

• Authorize recurring billing unless canceled at least 5 days before renewal.

• Acknowledge payments are non-refundable.

• Monthly plan credits do not 'roll over' to the following month. Credits allowances are reset and reissued each month.

• Annual plans allow access to the year's total allowance of credits from the day of purchase.

Free trials may be available. You’ll be charged the standard rate unless cancelled before trial ends.

Subscription plans renew automatically. Pricing changes will be communicated in advance. Secure payment processing is handled via trusted third-party providers.

If payment fails, your access may be suspended. You can cancel any time via account settings; access continues until the billing period ends.

We may adjust pricing or offer enterprise plans separately. Promotional offers are discretionary, not retroactive, and don’t auto-renew.

Purchases of individual products or services (“Offerings”) are governed by these Terms. You must provide accurate payment details and confirm authorization to use the selected payment method. Prices are in USD unless stated otherwise.

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to the content you create with Voxelo (“Your Content”). By using Voxelo, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display Your Content as needed to deliver the Services.

You must not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others’ rights. Voxelo may remove content at our discretion without notice.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to use any content uploaded. Voxelo disclaims liability for disputes related to Your Content.

If you choose to share content publicly, Voxelo may feature it in marketing (e.g., showcases or case studies), unless you opt out. Please email hello@voxelo.ai is that is the case.

4. Fair Use

We believe in empowering people responsibly. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, iframe, or resell Voxelo.

• Use Voxelo to build AI models or competing services.

• Upload malware or engage in unauthorized access.

• Share illegal, defamatory, or abusive content.

We may suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules. 

Do not use automated tools to scrape or mine Voxelo data. 

Excessive bandwidth or calls on Voxelo servers or programs may trigger restrictions or prompt a review of the account terms or subscription type.

Where applicable, API use must follow our technical documentation and usage limits. You are responsible for your API keys and any related activity. We may revoke API access at any time.

5. Privacy

We only collect what’s necessary to operate Voxelo effectively. We do not sell your data.

Your data may be transferred internationally (e.g., UK, EU, US) under protective safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

By using Voxelo, you agree to receive essential account communications.

6. Intellectual Property

All Voxelo software, designs, and materials (excluding Your Content) are owned by Voxelo or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive right to use the Services.

You must not:

• Copy, distribute, or exploit Voxelo’s assets.

• Remove or obscure trademarks or notices.

Any feedback you share may be used to improve Voxelo with no obligation for compensation.

7. Availability & Updates

We regularly update Voxelo. Features may change or be removed. Continued use means you accept these changes.

While we aim for reliability, we do not guarantee uptime. We are not liable for downtime, loss of data, or disruptions.

We may pause services for maintenance or security purposes.

8. Legal Specifics

Voxelo is provided “as is.” No warranties are offered. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid in the last 6 months.

Disputes will be settled via individual arbitration under UK law, unless you opt out by emailing hello@voxelo.ai within 30 days of accepting these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes fall under UK jurisdiction unless otherwise mandated by local law.

If any clause is deemed invalid, the remainder remains enforceable. You may not transfer these Terms without permission. Voxelo may assign them freely.
