What counts as a "credit"?
1,000 credits produces one HD digital twin. Select an annual plan to receive the year's credits upfront. 2,000 credits produces one UHD digital twin. Credits refresh monthly on paid plans. Unused credits don't roll over. Enterprise plans can negotiate custom allowances.
Do I need technical help to get started?
No. Record a short product video on any phone, upload it, and Voxelo handles the rest. A live 3D model is ready in approximately two hours. Our free Shopify integration is one click - paste a single embed line for other platforms.
What happens if I exceed my monthly credits?
You can top up with additional credit bundles, or upgrade to the next tier at any time - usage is pro-rated. We'll never stop your published models from serving to customers, even if you pause your plan.
Which platforms are supported?
Shopify, Adobe Commerce (Magento), WooCommerce and BigCommerce all work out of the box. Any site that accepts a single line of HTML can embed a Voxelo viewer - including custom stacks, Webflow, Framer and headless commerce.
Who owns the 3D models and data?
You do. Voxelo hosts the models on your behalf. Export your source files at any time. Your product video data stays private to your workspace.
