What counts as a "credit"?
1,000 credits make one HD digital twin, 2,000 credits make one UHD twin, and an AI product or lifestyle shot uses 25 credits. At list price, before any discount, a credit is worth 1p: £10 an HD twin, £20 a UHD twin and 25p an AI shot. Yearly plans and larger top-ups then save up to 15%, so the price you pay per twin can be lower.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay once and the whole year's credits land in your account on day one, so you can use them as fast as your catalogue needs: all in the first week, or spread across the year. The monthly figure shown is the average cost across the year, and yearly plans save up to 15%.
What's included in the free trial?
10,000 credits, one time: enough for up to 10 HD / 5 UHD twins / ~400 AI product & lifestyle shots, or any mix. No card required. Upgrade when you're ready.
What's the Basic welcome bundle?
When you start Basic you get 8,000 extra credits in your first month, on top of your plan credits. That's 8 more HD / 4 more UHD twins. It applies once per business.
Do unused credits roll over?
On monthly plans, yes: unused credits roll over, up to three months' allowance. Yearly plans don't need to, because the whole year's credits are yours from day one. Top-up credits expire after one year.
Do I own my 3D twins?
You can download the raw .ply and .sog files for any 3D twin at any time during your subscription, for your own workflows and deployment elsewhere. You own everything you upload, and every 2D asset you create is yours outright. Your 3D twins are yours to use under our licence, and the technology that creates them stays with Voxelo.

What happens if I run out of credits?
Top up with a credit bundle from £60 (bigger bundles save up to 15%), or move up a plan at any time.
Should I choose HD or UHD?
HD uses half the credits and suits most of your catalogue. UHD is our premium twin, made for hero products. Both come from the same credits, so mix them however you like.
What if a twin fails?
If a twin fails because of us, your credits come back. If you're struggling to get great results, contact us and we'll help.
Do I need technical help to get started?
No. Record a short product video on any phone, upload it, and Voxelo handles the rest. A live 3D model is ready in around an hour. Our free Shopify integration is one click; paste a single embed line for other platforms.
Which platforms are supported?
Shopify, Adobe Commerce (Magento), WooCommerce and BigCommerce all work out of the box. Any site that accepts a single line of HTML can embed a Voxelo viewer.
